Keeping the black and white theme and the presence of Kelly, I still kept that sense of simplicity. It is quite different from the front cover, however this is something I wanted to acheive. Kelly is an artist of a hybrid genre. She's sometimes rock and sometimes pop. I wanted to express these different sides of Kelly so that I could appeal to the entirety of her audience. They do not want to see just one side of her personality, they want the full package and I feel this Digipak as a whole does this.
This back cover image shows her as a real artist, it shows her more rock side but still incorporates that element of pop as she does not look angry or depressed. Her outfit is rock, and her posture is slightly rock but her facial expression has eyes that are happy and I think this shows her pop side.
